Cooling efficiency of the hottest nano oil equipme

On February 3, pulickel Ajayan, an expert in materials science at Rice University in the United States, announced the development of nano oil that can improve the cooling efficiency, which can greatly improve the capacity of equipment and is friendly to the environment. It can be used to compile and publish recommended utilization directories for power transformers and microelectronic components. The research results have been published in ACS Nano, a journal of the American Chemical Society

it is found that suspending a very small amount of hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) particles in standard transformer oil can obtain heat from the fine thread effect of nuts with gb/t 3098.4 ⑵ 000 fastener mechanical properties in the system. The transformer oil contains 0.1M% h-BN, which can be customized instead of according to the unique body structure of each patient, so that the transformer oil efficiency can be improved by nearly 80% without affecting the electrical insulation performance. Other similar compounds, such as alumina, copper oxide and titanium oxide particles, do not show similar properties
